FOOD AND BEVERAGE

As F&B Manager, you will be ultimately responsible for the organization, leadership, and commercial performance of all Food & Beverage activities within Delfins Beach Resort Bonaire. You will lead the operational teams of Café Kolo, Fresku, and the Event Centre, and play a key

role in the continued growth and professionalization of our Hospitality concepts. You translate existing concepts and brand positioning into a consistent and high-quality guestexperience within the daily operation. In doing so, you ensure that quality, service, atmosphere, and commercial results come together in a total experience that exceeds expectations. In addition, you will play an active role in the further development of the Event Centre, including new markets such as incentive travel, destination weddings, corporate events, and n. You will act as both a strategic sparring partner within the management team and a visible presence on the floor, coaching teams, optimizing processes, and continuously improving the guest experience.

Requisitos mínimos

  • Leading the operational F&B departments, including restaurant service, bar, pool service, banqueting, and room service.

  • Ensuring and continuously improving service quality, guest experience, and Hospitality standards.

  • Translating existing concepts and positioning into a consistent daily operation.
  • Responsible for revenue, profitability, and quality targets within F&B.
  • Preparing and monitoring budgets, cost control, and productivity.
  • Initiating commercial activities to increase revenue and guest spending.
  • Responsible for purchasing, inventory management, and supplier relationships.
  • Coaching, motivating, and developing supervisors and employees within F&B.
  • Actively contributing to the further growth of the Event Centre and new Hospitality concepts.
  • Representing F&B within the management team and regularly acting as Manager On Duty.
