HOSPITALITY DUTY MANAGER

As Hospitality Duty Manager, you are the face of the operation and ensure that everything runs

smoothly. You are visible on the floor, support your team where needed, and make sure guests

feel welcome and seen.

As Hospitality Duty Manager, you play a key role in the day-to-day operation of the hotel. You

ensure that everything runs smoothly and that guests have an excellent experience. Your

responsibilities include:

Daily supervision and coordination of hotel operations during your shift and making

independent decisions in the absence of department managers.

Ensuring optimal collaboration between the various departments.

Being visible and approachable for guests and colleagues.

Acting as the person ultimately responsible within the hotel during your shift.

Personally, handling complaints and complex requests.

Monitoring and improving guest satisfaction.

Creating wow moments for guests.
