You know the taste of quality and can’t wait to make our guests’ mouths water with your dishes.As a Sous Chef, together with the Head Chef and the kitchen team, you ensure that our guests—as well as visitors and residents from elsewhere on the island—enjoy a culinary experience they will want to return for. You bring flavour, aroma, and colour to our restaurant Koló. Here we serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily, provide pool service, organize attractive events in our Event Centre, and serve
delicious coffee in our coffee bar “FRESKU”, where we also sell fresh bread daily.You support the Head Chef in developing menus and recipes and are responsible for purchasing. You motivate the kitchen team by making the kitchen their second home—creating plenty of room for job satisfaction, while maintaining a sharp focus on quality, fast service, and financial results.

• You know and comply with food safety, occupational health, and hygiene regulations.
• You are willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• You speak Dutch and/or English and/or Papiamentu and/or Spanish
